This set consists of 15 cards and is an insert to the 1998-99 SkyBox Thunder base set. The cards are randomly inserted in packs at a rate of 1 in 300. The fronts feature color photos of 15 of the NBA’s most electric players. The cards are die-cut, foil-stamped and printed on “illusion” stock with material finish.
